Information submitted through Rally Tanta forms is used only to review and respond to your application, enquiry, partnership request, or recruitment notification request.
What we collect
Contact details and the answers you choose to provide. Leadership applications may include a National ID for identity verification and an optional CV or portfolio link.
Who can access it
Member applications are available to the President, Vice President, HR head and vice, and the HR reviewer assigned to that application. Other enquiries are available to the leadership responsible for them. We do not sell submitted information.
Retention & removal
Submissions are retained for the active selection or follow-up cycle and operational records, then reviewed for deletion. You may request correction or deletion by emailing rallytu2020@gmail.com.
Security
Submissions are validated, rate-limited, protected against duplicate delivery, and stored behind role-based access controls.
